SURVIVAL IS INSUFFICIENT
If you are here, you might be:
Feeling anxiety about the future
Struggling with how to get “back to normal life”
Lacking confidence in your body
I experienced all of these after I completed my treatment regiment. I thought I just needed to get through treatments and then it would be back to life as I had known it. But instead I floundered for months trying to physically recover, experiencing multiple setbacks. I lumbered under the weight of depression. I lost my self confidence. My relationship with my husband was beginning to fray.
Luckily, I was selected to attend a breast cancer survivors weekend retreat in October 2016. There I was surrounded with women who were all experiencing similar issues. We could talk freely about the fears, struggles, and frustrations. I received the love, support, and understanding I needed. But more than that- I received the first set of skills I needed to start making substantial steps forward. That weekend was a pivot point for me.
I embarked on a journey of education, growth and improvement. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist so I could safely rebuild my strength and mobility. I attended personal development and leadership retreats. I ravenously consumed books and podcasts about the mind, cancer, and health.
But more importantly than just learning all of this – I implemented. I took action. And a year later I was in a completely different place in life.
You don’t have to struggle like I did. And you don’t have to try to figure it all out by yourself. I’m here to help guide you through it all.

Now what? How do I quiet my fears? How do I move on?
These are all questions I asked myself after I finished treatments. My doctor’s response was “get back to life”.
SO much easier said than done. BUT entirely possible. I’ll show you how.
